Our Legal Services

Sherrie Travis & Associates LLC was founded in February of 2009 to provide comprehensive labor and employment-related legal consulting services, including:

• Drafting and revising employment-related documents including employment contracts, handbooks, policy manuals, release agreements and RIF protocols
• Representing companies before governmental agencies such as the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor and state fair employment practice and wages claims agencies
• Providing employment training for managers and employees on a wide range of human resource topics, including workplace harassment, discipline, affirmative action and general legal compliance
• Representing management in collective bargaining and arbitrations
• Drafting affirmative action programs and representing companies during governmental compliance audits
